Company History
Cunningham Construction Company was founded by Frank Cunningham in 1944. His son, Pat, past president and CEO, joined the firm in 1958. Kevin (Kip) Cunningham joined the company in 1989 and became President and CEO in 2002. Keith Smith joined the company as General Superintendent in 1982. Kevin Smith came on board as Project Manager and Estimator in 2005.
We have served Jackson and the surrounding area for over six decades. Cunningham Construction is a General Contractor and a member of the Michigan Chapter of Associated General Contractors of America.
Cunningham Construction offers complete design and build services for new buildings and maintenance of existing buildings. We also construct pre-engineered metal buildings that give the customer the maximum number of square fett in the shortest amount of time, and at the lowest per square foot cost.
Our reputation for being a quality contractor has been built through the years by the quality craftsmen that we employ. Our employees' pride and dedication shows in every structure that we build.
